Join us throughout March for events that honor the resilience, creativity and contributions of women. From community engagement to art, discussions and celebrations, there’s something for everyone.

Menstruation Product Drive
Cohosted by PERIOD@College of Saint Mary and Project SPEAK

Your support helps ensure menstrual equity for those in need! Drop off donations of all sizes of unscented pads and tampons to:

National Women's Colleges and Universities Day 
March 5 | 12-1 p.m. | Gross Auditorium, Hill Macaluso Hall
CSM President Heather Smith and former CSM President Maryanne Stevens will celebrate National Women's Colleges and Universities Day during a discussion about women's colleges. Dr. Stevens will discuss how the educational landscape has evolved for women, what role all-women’s colleges play in that transformation and the impact all-women’s colleges will have on future generations of women leaders.

Heart of the Walking Woman Celebration
March 7 | 11 a.m. | Gross Auditorium, Hill Macaluso Hall
A cherished CSM tradition, this event honors students who exemplify character, service and leadership on campus. From 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., finalists will share a personal reflection on their journey highlighting the experiences, values and qualities they believe embody the true spirit and heart of the Walking Woman. A reception will follow in Warde Conference Center.

Comfortable Cup of Tea

Join in conversation about women who have impacted our lives, led by Dr. Jennifer Reed-Bouley

Music Bingo
March 10 | 5-7 p.m. | Mercy Hall, Warde Conference Room
A fun, energetic twist on bingo! Instead of numbers, you’ll mark off songs by influential women artists as you hear snippets played. Enjoy the music, test your knowledge and win fun prizes!

Goddess Yoga
March 17 | 12-12:45 p.m. | Lied Fitness Center Dance Studio
This yoga class will focus on Goddess Pose, which represents feminine power, grace and inner strength. Practicing this pose allows us to find strength rooted in presence, practice taking up space and have unapologetic confidence.

Flames Got Talent Show
March 25 | 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. | Gross Auditorium
Show off your skills (and enter in a chance to win some awards and cash prizes!). Faculty, staff, and students are all eligible to enter!

State of Women@College of Saint Mary Summit

Women's Health Zumba
March 27 | 1:30-3 p.m. | Lied Dance Studio
Seated Zumba from 1:30-2pm
Standing/full body beginner Zumba from 2:15-3pm
Come dance, wiggle, and celebrate as we close out Women's History Month! Come for just the seated class, or just the standing class, or both - there will be door prizes for both sessions.
Open to all students, faculty, and staff.
