CSM hosts National Strength & Conditioning Association conference
OMAHA, NEB. – College of Saint Mary will host the National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA) Nebraska State Clinic on Saturday, Dec. 9. Athletes, coaches, trainers, and human performance professionals across the region will gather to learn best practices from industry leaders in athletic performance and training techniques.
Sessions include Strength Development in Team Settings, Performance Nutrition, Trunk Training, Getting the Most from your Physical Therapist, Movement Mastery, and more.
World-renown strength and conditioning coach, Loren Landow, will headline the clinic. Landow has trained thousands of athletes of all ages and abilities, including over 700 professional athletes in the NFL, NHL, MLB, UFC, WNBA and Olympic medalists. Some notable names who trained with Landow include former Denver Broncos’ Peyton Manning and Tim Tebow.
