153 Graduate from College of Saint Mary
Omaha Neb. – College of Saint Mary would like to congratulate the 153 students of this year’s graduating class. On Sunday, May 15, College of Saint Mary (CSM) celebrated its 92nd Commencement in the Grand Ballroom of CenturyLink Center. The commencement address was delivered by Roberta Wilhelm, executive director of Girls Incorporated of Omaha, and degrees were presented by College of Saint Mary President Dr. Maryanne Stevens, RSM.
During Commencement, Christa Manning a human biology major from Papillion, Nebraska, was honored with the Spirit of Saint Mary Award, the highest achievement bestowed on a CSM graduate recognizing her outstanding contributions to the quality of campus life and her service to the College and the community. The Striding Forward Award was given to the American Association of University Women (AAUW). Established in 2006, this award recognizes groups or individuals whose commitment, passion and support of the College of Saint Mary mission have contributed to the overall success of the University.
