- A new state-of-the-art Lied Fitness Center Fieldhouse, completed in 2021, includes an 8-lane collegiate track, three basketball/volleyball courts, batting cages, an indoor golf simulator & more!
- All CSM athletic teams have earned NAIA Scholar-Team honors for the last eight years.

Cross Country
Under head coach Derek Fey, the Flames cross country team continues to find success on the racecourse, including appearances in the NAIA National Championships. Fey also serves as the distance coach for the CSM Track & Field team.
Soccer
Join a close-knit and growing soccer team. Heritage Park is home to CSM soccer. The area features a turf soccer field, clubhouse and athletic training room.
Volleyball
The CSM volleyball team has been successful on the court, most recently reaching the NAIA Championships in back-to-back seasons. With coach Rick Pruett at the helm, the Flames have consistently been one of the top teams in the country. Pruett has more than 25 years of coaching experience in college, high school and club volleyball.
Basketball
The Flames basketball program hoops it up in the Lied Fitness Center gym under the direction of head coach Kirk Walker. The CSM basketball team is often honored both on and off the court for its efforts in the game and the classroom.
Bowling
College of Saint Mary started its bowling program in the fall of 2017. Head coach Corrine Johnson helps athletes grow their skills to become better bowlers.+
Competitive Dance
The Flames competitive dance team was started in 2017 by head coach April Allen. In addition to performing at halftime of the CSM basketball games, the dance team at various invitationals and duals throughout the season.
Swimming
The CSM swim team competes in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference. Flames swimmers have made appearances in the NAIA National Championships.
Track & Field
College of Saint Mary added a track and field program in 2021 before completing the new state-of-the-art Lied Fitness Center Fieldhouse in August. The fieldhouse features a competition-quality indoor track.
"College of Saint Mary is committed to developing championship-caliber programs, while providing student-athletes with the best athletic and academic experiences possible,” head coach Jerrid Johansen said.
Golf
The Flames golf team competes on a very high level, registering victories and top 3 finishes regularly in conference play. Coach Keri Rodriguez has led the team for more than a decade.
“Coaching golf is my passion, and my players are truly a part of my family, even after they graduate,” she said.
Softball
The CSM softball team competes against some of the best teams in the Midwest. Under head coach Carolyn Todd Bray, the Flames have made three trips to the Great Plains Athletic Conference Postseason Tournament.
“It is an honor to work with student-athletes of this caliber at College of Saint Mary,” she said. “I’m committed to recruiting student-athletes to CSM that are focused on academics, are young people of high character and share a dedicated passion for the game of softball.”
The softball field is part of Heritage Park, located on campus.
Tennis
Join a tight-knit group of players on the Flames tennis team. Head coach Mike Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience in the tennis industry to the team. He wants his players to compete at the top of the Great Plains Athletic Conference while focusing on growing their game.
